Special prayers

September 04 2009: Devotees of a Shah Alam temple conducted special prayers dedicated to the cow following last Friday's demonstration by Section 23 residents who were unhappy over a temple that could be built in proximity to their residential area.
The protesters had taken with them the head of a slaughtered cow on their march from the Shah Alam mosque to the State Secretariat building.
