Human Rights Party (HRP) today staged a demonstration in front of Parti Keadilan Rakyat headquarters without interruption from the police even though a police beat base is located doors away from the office.
The demonstration was led by HRP's pro-tem secretary-general P Uthayakumar along with 100 people made up of HRP activists and representatives of residents of PJS 1.

Uthayakumar said the protest was held to voice out the disappointment of the Indian community against Pakatan Rakyat "as they had failed to address issues affecting the Indian community."
