Selangor Islamic Authority (Jais) deputy director of enforcement Mohamad Rais Rasid has expressed frustration that despite stern action against the Shiites under the Internal Security Act, they remain active in their activities.
"Some of them were arrested under the ISA, and yet they are still active," he said.
