Footage captures toddler playing on eighth floor windowsill

A scary video has emerged from China of a toddler playing on the outside windowsill of an eighth floor flat.
In the footage, captured in Zhejiang Province late last month, the boy can be seen climbing around on the platform and looking downstairs curiously, before being pulled back inside.
Local resident Mr Wang happened to capture the dangerous moment on camera.
