Argentina's foreign and economy ministers are at the UN where they will present the General Assembly with a proposal on sovereign debt restructuring. The proposal seeks to defend countries that have restructured debt from attacks by vulture funds. The proposal is considered a first step in adopting international legislation that would protect countries from such speculative abuse.
