Pune: FTII students on hunger strike

The Film and Television Institute of India (FTII) students have now gone on hunger strike to protest against appointment of Gajendra Chauhan. Meanwhile, 182 filmmakers have written to the President over the deadlock at FTII, urging President to intervene and facilitate an end to the current crisis and also help address the long-term and festering problems faced by the FTII.
