Ecuador – Neighbors of Cotopaxi Volcano Pray for Safety

Many of the people living near the Cotopaxi Volcano carry a replica of the Virgin de Quinche from one community to another as they pray for protection. For three weeks volcanic ash has been continuously falling over communities west of the volcano located around 70 kilometers south of the city of Quito. Many residents have already been evacuated. teleSUR
