Burglars Trick Homeowner's Dog Into Eating Glass

Two burglars in Fremont, California couldn’t simply steal cash and jewelry and then leave. They apparently had to engage in a bit of animal cruelty as well.
Burglars broke into a house in Fremont, California around 9:45 a.m. on August 28th. Not content with stolen valuables alone, they also fed shattered glass to the family dog.
Fremont police released private surveillance footage showing two men—believed to have hopped the privacy fence into the backyard. Eventually, the burglars knocked out the sliding glass back door to gain entry and ransack the residence.
