Syria and Allies Seek Political Solution

Syria and its allies continue to seek a political solution to the crisis in the country. Speaking in Damascus, Iran’s Foreign Minister for Arab and African Affairs stated that Iran will continue to back Syria, adding that long-time support offered by Tehran and Moscow has been clear. At the same time Moscow has said it will not join the international alliance led by Washington against ISIS, noting that Washington has violated Syria’s national sovereignty. A leading Syrian analyst agreed that it is no longer possible to reach a solution outside the framework of international law. Hazem Abdullah reports from Damascus for teleSUR.
