Scores of innocent people were killed or injured recently after a bomb exploded at a popular tourist site in the Thai capital of Bangkok. In South Korea, two soldiers were seriously wounded in a North Korean land mine attack at the DMZ and a resulting exchange of artillery fire forced civilians to evacuate their homes. As terrorism evolves over time, it's getting harder to predict when, where and how terrorist attacks might happen. It's widely accepted that the issue should be dealt with by the international community rather than a specific country.
