Huge bridge demolished in 'record' China blast

A dramatic video has emerged from China of the moment a long overpass was demolished using huge quantities of explosives.

The footage, captured last Friday in Fujian province, shows the simultaneous detonations destroying the structure while colourful 'marker' charges go off in the middle.

The successful demolition of the 5475.5 metre long bridge in just over 4 seconds reportedly makes this the largest in China's history.
