ALBA Sends Relief Aid to Storm Ravaged Dominica

The ALBA regional trade alliance has come to the aid of the Caribbean island nation of Dominica, ravaged by tropical storm Erika, which left 27 dead on Thursday. The Venezuelan government established an air bridge between Caracas and Roseau to transfer humanitarian aid and relief workers from the ALBA member countries. teleSUR
