Tropical Storm Erika Battering Caribbean Islands

Tropical storm Erika struck several Caribbean islands, causing widespread flooding. Particularly hard hit was Dominica, where four people died after the storm dumped 10 inches of rain in six hours, flooding the capital city of Rosseau.
