Former Wanita Umno deputy chief Kamilia Ibrahim who's now running as an independent says she knows the challenges faced by the Kuala Kangsar constituents as she was the Wanita Umno head for that division 7-8 years ago. She also pledges to provide direct assistance to her constituents and not through representatives.
