Deputy minister to launch portal for public feedback

Deputy Information, Communications and Culture Minister Maglin Dennis D'Cruz will launch a web portal tomorrow for the youth and Malaysians in general to highlight their problems, express their opinions freely and make suggestions.
D'Cruz said the portal can be accessed through his websitewww.mdcruz.my where they can highlight their grouses.
"The problem with the younger generation of today or the people is that they chose not to come forward and believe what they read on the Internet.
"This will be a good way for them to interact with me and for me to clear up any misconceptions that they have.
"They can also tell me their problems concerning education, difficulty in finding jobs or personal problems and we will try and address them within a week," he said.
D'Cruz, who is from the PPP, said the portal would first start with a survey where the people could answer whether they wanted a portal to express their opinions freely and without fear.
