Kamalanathan: Selangor State gov't has misled Hindus

Mar 20, 2012: Meeting a delegation from the Sri Maha Mariamman temple outside the gates of Parliament, BN Hulu Selangor MP, P Kamalanathan claimed that the Pakatan state government has misled the Hindus when they said there is a stop to demolition of temples in the state. He said this when accepting a memorandum on behalf of the Prime Minister, Najib Razak by a delegation of 100 temple devotees in front of Parliament today.

The memorandum is asking Najib to intervene in their efforts to prevent the demolition of the temple from its existing site by the property developer.

The delegation was led by temple committee president Nagaraju Meganathan.
