Footage courtesy of Chaedria LaBouvier shows 5 police officers restraining a one-legged, black homeless man in San Francisco, who was reported to authorities for waving his crutches in the air. The incident took place on August 4 with four officers bringing the man to ground and holding him down, while another police officer sat on the man's prosthetic leg.
