PKR to deliver Kajang manifesto through postcards

PKR today launched its Kajang by-election manifesto, which has been printed on postcards.
It features 4 main cores, which contain objectives such as creating an eco-friendly landfil in Kajang to solve it's waste management problems, as well as starting up a Kajang football team.
