Zahid refuses to reveal members of PCA panel

Home Minister Ahmad Zahid Hamidi refused to reveal the names of individuals on the panel of the Prevention of Crime Act (PCA) board, which is authorised to order detention without trial for up to two years.
In a parliamentary written answer to Ko Chung Sen (DAP-Kampar), Zahid merely stated that the individuals were "of high integrity, have 27 years' experience in the security industry and are accomplished law practitioners."
