Mexican cartels entering exploding Philippine drug trade

The drug trade in the Philippines is growing so much that even Mexican dealers want a piece of it. One of the suspected leaders of the Sinaloa cartel was arrested in Manila earlier this year after selling $272,000 of cocaine to undercover agents.
