Municipal truck 'malfunctions' and crushes bin in Canada

An unusual video has emerged from the City of Saskatoon, Canada of a local resident's bin being crushed and repeatedly damaged by a municipal bin lorry.
The footage, captured on CCTV earlier this month, shows the truck picking up and emptying bins before completely squashing one with its large grabber and running it over.
The filmer speculated that it was as a result of a neighbourly dispute, writing online: "My neighbour works for the City of Saskatoon. We do not get along and have an ongoing feud.
"What happens when you don't get along, watch and find out."
According to local reports city authorities blamed a 'malfunction' and are investigating.
