Colombia: Gov't Suspends Airstrikes as Peace Talks Advance

Colombian President Juan Manuel Santos announced that the aerial bombardment of rebel positions would be suspended. Any decision to resume the airstrikes against the Revolutionary Armed Forces of Colombia will require presidential approval.
