Protestors set off dynamite charges in Bolivia’s capital, La Paz, on Thursday, July 23, blowing an interior ministry door off and likely setting ablaze the adjoining German embassy, government and local reports said. This video shows parts of the half-hour spate of protests by miners and others with Comcipo, an organization representing Potosi province, that broke out after economic development negotiations failed.Police dispersed some of the protests with tear gas.
