Pro wrestling legend Buddy Landel passes away at 53

Wrestling legend “The Nature Boy” Buddy Landel passed away at the age of 53. Landel was reportedly in a car accident and returned home but was found dead by his wife holly. He wrestled in the NWA during the late 80s and then in the early 90s before coming to the WWE in 1995 alongside Stone Cold Steve Austin. It was said that he would be getting a major push and even battled Bret Hart for the WWE championship. On August 27, 2011, Landel was inducted into the Legends Pro Wrestling Hall of Fame.
