YVA & THE TOY GEORGE is a solo project born out of a low-fi, discophrenic rendez-vous between a Serbian female living in Rome and
a Japanese groovebox. YVA also plays synths for the electro/nowave duo Le Truc Und Die Maschine (My Own Private record) and selects weird and dancey tunes at some underground parties. She did several live and dj sets all around Italy, former Yugoslavia and some parts of Europe.
Her debut album “Love Toys & Molotovs” was released in 2014 on the swedish label “Electric fantastic Sound”.
Currently she is working on her second album and composing music for live theater.
