Greece: Strikes, Protests Hit Bailout Agreement

With the Greek parliament expected to vote in favor of the European creditors' debt bailout proposal later today, protests have swept the country against the austerity package. A strike by the public sector employees union has been joined by rail and metro workers and the ruling Syriza party itself is split, which could deprive of Prime Minister Alexis Tsipras of a parliamentary majority. Turmoil is clearly on the horizon. TeleSUR interviews journalist and political analyst Kevin Ovenden on the scene in Athens.
