Times have been better for former Philadelphia Eagles quarterback Donovan McNabb, who was arrested on June 28 for driving under the influence. TMZ obtained footage (of course) of McNabb coming up with multiple excuses during his arrest. McNabb remains calm throughout the entire video, but it’s easy to tell he’s making things up after telling the officer he has a cold and is on cough medicine. Take a look:
