Ugandan president in Burundi for crisis talks

After opposition figures and suspected rebels are arrested amidst Burundi's political crisis, Uganda’s president flies in to mediate a week before tense presidential polls. Also, a month after an historic agreement between Mali's government and northern Tuareg rebels, the situation is still fragile in parts of the country.
