Singer/songwriter Sarah Jaffe cruised in from Denton, Texas to play a soulful live set at JBTV Studios in Chicago. The Texas native’s music career first took off when she released her EP Even Born Again in 2008 which earned her several Dallas Observer Music Awards as well as a slot at the major festival, Austin City Limits. Her hard work and her reputation for being appealing to audiences and critics alike all paid off in 2009 when she signed to Kirtland Records and since working with them she has kept busy by releasing another EP and 3 albums.
