Mexican Army Ordered to Kill Suspected Criminals in Massacre

The Mexican army ordered its soldiers to kill suspected criminals in a massacre last year in the village of Tlatlaya, State of Mexico, according to an investigation by a human rights organization. The soldiers executed 15 people, including a 15 year old girl, who had already surrendered and who were believed to be gang members.
