Groupe Bolloré - Earthtalent (Bolloré Africa Logistics)

Initialement développé comme un laboratoire d'idées et d'innovations sociétales, Earthtalent propose aujourd'hui, à l'ensemble des collaborateurs du groupe Bolloré, le premier programme d'intrapreneuriat social sur le web 2.0 né au sein d'une grande entreprise. Outil d'intelligence collective, ce programme propose d'œuvrer à la réalisation de l'un des Objectifs du Millénaire de l'ONU en faveur de l'autonomisation des femmes, en relation étroite avec les valeurs du groupe de partage, d'ouverture, d'innovation et d'entrepreneuriat.

Earthtalent was initially developed as a think tank on societal innovation. Today, it provides the collaborators of the Bollore Group with the first intrapreneurship programme of a multinational company, based on the web 2.0. As a collective intelligence tool, it offers the opportunity to work towards one of the Millennium Development Goals of the United Nations -- the empowerment of women -- in line with the Group's values of sharing, openness, innovation and entrepreneurship.
