Korean Black Bean "Jajangmyeon" Noodles

Here's my version of the very popular Korean black bean "jajangmyeon" noodles. Black bean sauce is cooked with potatoes, carrots, onion and zuchinni and then topped over delicious Asian noodles.

INGREDIENTS:

Noodles (8-10 ounces)

Sauce:
Black Bean Paste (8 tablespoons)
Oyster Sauce (2 tablespoons)
Dark Brown Sugar (3 tablespoons)
Water (2-3 cups depending on how big your vegetables are)
Cornstarch (2 tablespoons dissolved in 2 tablespoons of water)

Veggies:
Potato (1 diced)
Zucchini (1 diced)
Carrot (1, diced)
Onion (1 diced)
