Surat : Antwerp Diamond Bank (ADB) down its shutters and other banks have reduced its financial strength to diamond association due to continuous embezzlement incidents and traders fear a liquidity crunch. KBC Group, the Belgian banking and insurance company, recently decided to wind down its business among the global diamond trading fraternity.
