Surat: In Gandhiji's dry Gujarat, liquor smuggling has become a common affair now. A bootlegger was caught transporting liquor on bike in broad daylight who also hit youth of Pinjrat village in Olpad Taluka following which villagers rushed to the police station. But lax attitude of police irked villagers. Later, villagers rushed to the police station and created ruckus. The furious villagers have demanded grim action against the accused.
