Binay sees tie between UNA, Team PNoy

MANILA, Philippines -- Even with more Team PNoy candidates landing on top of surveys, Vice President Jejomar Binay of the United Nationalist Alliance (UNA) sees a tie in the Senate race between candidates of the two coalitions.
