Punto por Punto: Pagbiyahe ng cement mixer, dapat bang lagyan ng oras?

MANILA - Punto por Punto host Anthony Taberna talks about a proposal by the MMDA to place cement mixers in a new vehicle classification instead of lumping them together with regular trucks. MMDA Chairman Francis Tolentino said cement mixers are much heavier and should be considered dangerous. He said the new classification would put them in the same classification as fuel tankers.
