Lanao del Norte may be declared 'area of immediate concern'

MANILA, Philippines -- The Commission on Elections (Comelec) is considering declaring the province of Lanao del Norte an area of immediate concern following the ambush on the convoy of Nunungan Mayor Abdul Malik Manamparan.
