In line with President Benigno Aquino III's fourth State of the Nation Address (SONA) which he will deliver later today (July 22), Luk Foo International Cuisine's chef Chung Man Tai and manager Lucy Yao shared on "Umagang Kay Ganda" one of the President's favorite dishes.
