Women bare their legs in Algeria, and a suicide bomber attacks Shiites in Saudi Arabia

A weekly news show produced with photos, videos and personal accounts from France 24 Observers around the world - all checked by our staff here in Paris.
Story 1: Algeria
Sofia Djama, one of Observers from Algeria, has spent this month collecting pictures of people's legs. She put up a page on Facebook called "Angry Legs" after a law school student in the capital Algiers was banned from an exam because her skirt was deemed to be too short.

Story 2: Saudi Arabia
Our Observer Mohammed lives in Qatif in Saudi Arabia, and was there when a suicide bomber blew himself up at a Shiite mosque, killing more than 20 people. Qatif has the highest concentration of Shiites in the predominantly Sunni kingdom. Even though the Islamic State group claimed responsibility for the bombing, the first people the locals blamed were the Saudi authorities.
