X-Factor winner celebrates with Pinoys in Israel

MANILA - The Filipino community in Israel celebrated the victory of "X Factor" champion Rose Fostanes. Fostanes, together with her close friends as well as Philippine ambassador to Israel Generoso Calonge, held a party in Tel Aviv.
