Financial help assured for OFWs from Libya

The Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) and Overseas Workers Welfare Administration (OWWA) assured the financial and livelihood assistance for the OFWs that came home and will come home from Libya. The Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) admits that less than half of the numbers of OFWs have not yet evacuated.
