Dapat nang tumigil sa operasyon ang mga transport services na gumagamit ng mga application sa smartphone. Partikular dito ang mga pribadong sasakyan na ginagamit bilang pampublikong sasakyan. Ayon kasi sa LTFRB, ipinagbabawal ito ng batas.
