Cyclone 'Hagupit' threatens Eastern Visayas

A strong typhoon is being observed by PAGASA and it may probably enter in the Philippine Area of Responsibility in Thursday. If it will fall on land, according to PAGASA, it is possible that it will cross Eastern Visayas.
