Brest beat runaway league leaders Troyes 2-1 in the second tier of French football on Saturday – no thanks to their goalkeeper Joan Hartock.
Leading 1-0, the Brest keeper misjudged a backpass with the ball bouncing over his head towards goal.
Still with time to recover, the 28 year old Martinique stopper inexplicably kicked the ball into his own net in a state of pure panic.
In only his 4th ever professional game, Joan Hartock will not like to see the clip again.
