Death penalty for drug lords gets backing

The Volunteers Against Crime and Corruption believes that the situation in New Bilibid Prison is now considered as an emergency, that's why President Aquino now needs to intervene. They also support the proposal of Sen. Tito Sotto to implement death penalty against the high-profile drug lords amidst the drug trade issue inside the national prison.
