Beer fridge kills Australian mobile phone network

A man's beer fridge was responsible for mobile phone service black-outs in several neighborhoods in the Australian town of Wangaratta, 230 km north of Melbourne. Telstra, an Australian service provider, made the discovery after "software robots" detected network interference coming from the area. Engineers went in to investigate, only to find freakish electrical signals being emitted from the motor of Craig Reynolds' beer fridge in his garage.
