Wyoming man dies on first Harley Davidson joy ride, after waiting 44 years

For 44 years, Barry Strang's dream was to own and ride a Harley Davidson motorbike. It was this lifelong ambition that ultimate led to the death of the Wyoming resident.

Strang had rode just three miles on his newly-purchased Harley Davidson when he collided with a truck tractor on a highway just outside of Casper, Wyoming. The impact ejected him from the motorbike seat and sent his helmet flying 30 feet. Strang died on impact. His family said they took solace in the knowledge 56-year-old strang would have died with a smile on his face.
