A man in Taiwan drugged his wife for five years in order to have sex with her and then made video tapes of the sessions.
A 50-year-old man in Changhua, Taiwan raped his niece years ago. During the investigation, police found several videos of the man drugging his wife to have sex with her. The man said that his wife had a rare disease that caused her to be in pain during sex, so she wasn't into it. For five years, the man was putting sleeping pills in his wife's drinks. After she would fall asleep, the husband would put sexy lingerie on her and then film them having intercourse. At first, his wife was against the tapes, but during the trial she said she blamed herself for not satisfying his needs. She asked the judge to be lenient. The High Court reduced his sentence from 10 years to seven years, eight months for an aggravated forcible sex offense.
