Road Rage: Las Vegas police hunt hit and run driver

What happens in Vegas.....usually stays in Vegas, but Sin City cops are now appealing nationwide in the hunt for the perpetrator of a hit and run road rage case that left a man in his 70s with serious leg injuries.

Las Vegas police have released security video footage of the February 9 incident that shows a gray Honda Accord with California plates briefly stopping before advancing and striking a man as he walks across the forecourt of a gas station.

The incident occurred just before midday at the corner of Flamingo Road and Jones Boulevard and was reportedly linked to an earlier traffic dispute between the man and the Accord driver.

Police are looking for a man in his 30s with a medium build and wearing a grey hoodie.
