New York doctor Michael T. Clarke in trouble for groping and slapping sleeping patients' butts

A Syracuse, New York doctor, believed to be orthopedic surgeon Dr. Michael T. Clarke, has reportedly been accused of slapping the rear ends of his sedated patients and insulting them as he prepped them for surgery at St. Joseph's Hospital Health Center.
The doctor allegedly slapped his sleeping patients so hard that he sometimes left red marks on their bare asses, according to a report conducted by the federal Center for Medicare & Medicaid Services.
While the report did not mention the surgeon by name, other complaints filed against 47-year-old Clarke during the same period with the New York Health Department matched up.
The federal investigation alleges that the 47-year-old doctor would smack the buttocks of sedated patients and called them derogatory names during the surgery.
